Shipping policy

All items are made-to-order. When you place your order, your product if fulfilled by our various manufacturing partners, then shipped directly to you.

Please allow 5-10 business days (on average) for production, plus shipping time for your order to reach you. Sometimes it's less, sometimes it's longer. We are a small company, so your patience is appreciated.

We are not responsible for:
- Production or shipping times taking longer than anticipated,
- User-error when entering a shipping or billing address incorrectly resulting in failed or delayed delivery.
- Lost, damaged or stolen packages.

Will do our best to help facilitate a resolution to any issues you may have with your order. However, due to the nature of our small business, some things are simply out of our control.
